We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Help at Home. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality home care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

About the Role

As a LPN, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to the outlined care plan and documenting tasks, observations, and outcomes
  • Ensuring quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Receiving clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
  • Assisting with other duties as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
  • One (1) or more years of nursing experience, preferably in the personal care home industry
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
