Ascension Providence is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As an ICU RN, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to inform care decisions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.
