Restaurant Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server at our Hyatt LI location. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

• Greet and Serve Guests: Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant, share any specials or make recommendations from the menu, and take food and drink orders in an efficient manner.
• Food Quality and Presentation: Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
• Table Maintenance: Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent communication and a positive atmosphere, providing great experiences for our guests.

• High Work Ethic and Self-Initiative: Demonstrate a high work ethic and self-initiative, with a strong focus on customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and Availability: Be flexible to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests and team.
