We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Expert to join our team at Andersen Corporation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain supply chain analytics and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
  • Optimize supply chain operations to reduce costs, improve service levels, and increase inventory turns
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on key initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain optimization or a related field
  • Proficiency in lean tools and methodologies, including DMAIC, PDCA, and A3 thinking
  • Experience with demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
