Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food products in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in monitoring depletion and replenishment of food products, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage the awarding of additional food, supplies, and services to high-volume stations.
  • Perform routine quality control inspections of all food products, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain full menu knowledge, including specials and upcoming events.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the immediate service area, floors, and food service area.
  • Label and store all food products according to government, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Restock for the following shift at the end of each shift.
  • Adhere to standards with regard to safety, sanitation, and PPE.
Requirements
  • Prior culinary training and/or prep cook experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize key assignments.
  • Strong knife skills.
Work Environment

This role requires standing and moving for extended periods, as well as the use of hands and fingers to operate kitchen equipment and food items.
