Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Operate the point of sale system to accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit card, and voucher payments, and make change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by dusting cases, cleaning front doors and counters, and returning shopping carts and baskets to their designated areas.
  • Assist with training new sales associates and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including cleaning dressing rooms and re-hanging clothes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate verbally, and perform basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with other team members.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and criminal background check and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions:

  • Temperatures may vary in the store environment.
