About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Lotus Rising Holistic Therapy Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide individual and family therapy to clients, working collaboratively with parents and families to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients and their families to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including parents, teachers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice in California.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), PsyD, or Ph.D.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Private Practice.
  • Registered Associates also considered based on experience.
