Impact Living Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Regional Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality outpatient services to individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of 5-13 staff members, ensuring the highest standards of clinical integrity and compliance.
- Manage incoming outpatient referrals and coordinate the distribution of cases to outpatient staff, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff members, providing ongoing training and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and other stakeholders to grow referrals and expand our service offerings.
- Provide high-quality billable outpatient therapy sessions, up to 15 hours per week, and engage with individuals, groups, couples, and families to provide emotional support and encouragement.
- Document case activities and billing information, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field, such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, from an accredited college or university.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health diagnoses.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass child protective services, criminal history, and DMV background checks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year.

This position is based in Harrisonburg, VA, with the possibility of remote work arrangements. Relocation to Harrisonburg is required prior to starting work.
