At Kona Ice, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Krew as a Warehouse Krew Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments of Kona Ice products and supplies, inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, and document and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, conduct regular inventory counts to track stock levels, and rotate stock to ensure the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method is followed.
  • Order Fulfillment: Clean, stock, and prepare KEVs for Kona Ice mobile events, ensure timely and accurate stocking of KEVs, and coordinate with management to load and dispatch KEVs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality to meet Kona Ice standards and report any quality issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Organization and Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse and KEVs clean and organized, arrange products and supplies in a systematic manner (FIFO) for easy retrieval, and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and delivery drivers, and provide feedback on inventory levels and potential issues.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as push carts, dollies, and miscellaneous tools safely and efficiently, conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment, and move KEVs safely as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of received and dispatched goods and complete necessary paperwork related to inventory and orders.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented or solo environment
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
  • Commercial driving experience and a current CDL with a clean DMV driving record
