As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and evaluating supplier options, negotiating favorable pricing and terms, and managing the entire procurement process from order placement to delivery. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential in collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, lead time, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of materials and services.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Track order status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to optimize costs and minimize risks.

Qualifications:
