Executive Chef

At Sagora Senior Living Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Director to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the culinary department, menu planning, supplies, food production, meal presentation, table service, budgeting, and safety in the kitchen.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a commercial kitchen and a current Food Safety Manager's permit or equivalent as regulated by state and local authorities.
This role involves supervising the culinary department, including hiring, training, and developing all culinary associates. Additionally, the Culinary Director will provide oversight for all food production, including menu-planning, purchasing, cost control, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the culinary department, menu planning, supplies, overall food production, meal presentation, table service, budgeting, and safety in the kitchen
- Hiring, training, and supervising all culinary associates while promoting retention and development
- Providing knowledgeable oversight for all food production, including menu-planning, purchasing, cost control, and inventory management
