The Patient Care Advocate role at Justice Cannabis Co. is a dynamic position that requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all sales are compliant with state regulations and that customer needs are heard and met throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Assist customers in product selection based on defined treatment plans and product availability.
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales objectives by fulfilling customer requests and identifying opportunities to introduce new and alternative products.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication and service skills to increase sales and generate positive reviews.
  • Educate customers on product attributes and usage.
  • Ensure accurate logging of customers into the patient tracking system.
  • Perform sales transactions in compliance with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
  • Complete accurate sales documentation.
  • Enter transactions into point-of-sale and inventory management systems in compliance with state regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment.
  • Comply with all Justice Cannabis Co. policies, procedures, and practices governing sales and service.
  • Comply with all safety and security protocols for dispensary staff.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, including customer profile completion and sales tracking.
  • Answer phones, respond to voicemail, and take phone orders.
  • Establish ongoing relationships with dispensary customers.
  • Complete customer profiles to assist in future sales and service opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing products via vendor training, documentation, and crosstraining with management, pharmacists, and senior sales consultants.
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience working in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibility.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fast-paced, high-volume retail sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license or state ID required.
  • Must pass all required affiliation requirements.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
