The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, with experience in loan documentation, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for reviewing and preparing loan documents, conducting credit checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Review and prepare loan documents, including credit reports, loan applications, and closing statements
- Conduct credit checks and analyze creditworthiness of borrowers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including BSA, Regulation Z, RESPA, and HMDA
- Collaborate with loan officers and other bank staff to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
- Develop and maintain knowledge of banking regulations and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the loan operations team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
- 3-5 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on loan documentation and credit analysis
