Job Overview: As a Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Assistant with WJM Professionals LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, administering medication, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining accurate health records.

You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care. You will also be required to maintain inventory, process medical information, and respond to requests for non-medical information. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare presentations, track data, and generate reports using Microsoft applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and procedure preparation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records
  • Process medical information, including patient eligibility and referrals
  • Respond to requests for non-medical information, such as duty status
  • Prepare presentations, track data, and generate reports using Microsoft applications

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Associate degree as a CMA/MA from an accredited program
  • 12 months experience within the preceding 36 months, or certification from a military medical assistant school
  • Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) for the Health Care Provider
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
