Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborating with Special Education Staff to provide high-quality services to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to support their progress.
- IEP Development: Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Special Education Staff, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
- Caseload Management: Determine and manage your caseload to ensure that you are able to provide high-quality services to all students.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and active South Carolina State License.
- Experience: Prior experience in school settings and/or working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
