Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage services to our clients, promoting relaxation and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Perform consecutive 50 and 80 minute massages to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health benefits of massage therapy.
  • Make recommendations on service enhancements and frequency to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Familiarize and perform Hand and Stone signature services to provide a unique and exceptional experience.
  • Maintain detailed treatment records for all clients to ensure accurate billing and client communication.
  • Actively connect with customers and the community to build a solid book of clients and members.
  • Listen and adapt to client feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a professional, clean work environment and appearance to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Contribute to the betterment of yourself as a practitioner, the spa family, and the community as a whole.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual spa challenges to earn incentives, bonuses, and perks.
Qualifications
  • Ohio-issued Massage Therapist License (LMT) or proof of license application.
  • Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Swedish massage (other modalities/certifications a plus).
  • Must carry professional liability insurance.
  • Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated individual willing to help others.
  • Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to work with others towards a common goal.
  • Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred.
  • Professionalism and willingness to grow and learn.
  • Willingness to learn and grow as a massage therapist.
