Job Summary

As a Radiation Therapist at Froedtert South, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in our Radiation Oncology department. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic radiation therapy procedures to ensure accurate and effective treatment of patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures and potential side effects.
• Participate in quality assurance monitoring and documentation to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy or Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy preferred.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T) registered, as a Radiation Therapist.
• Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or the ability to obtain certification within 6 weeks of hire.
