We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team as a Warehouse Operations expert. This is a Temp to Perm role with an initial period of 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating logistics and supply chain activities to ensure smooth operation of warehouse operations.
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
  • Picking and packing orders for shipment, adhering to quality standards.
  • Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate of $19.00.
  • Flexible four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
  • Potential for permanent placement after 90 days based on performance.
