  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
  • At least 6 months of RN experience in a NICU setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
