About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit performance.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and excellence in patient care.
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 6 months of RN experience in a NICU setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
