We are seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities in the Ravenna, Ohio area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks and regular reports to the nursing team
- Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff
- Transport residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $19-$36
