Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estate Attorney to join our team at Fisher Law LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case files from inception to close, ensuring timely and efficient completion of estate administration and probate matters.
  • Prepare and file probate forms and notices, complete estate tax returns, and manage trust and probate accountings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their trusted advisors, providing proactive updates on case status.
  • Conduct client meetings, draft estate planning documents, and manage MassHealth applications.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and elder law.
  • Proficiency in drafting documents and preparing and filing Massachusetts estate tax returns.
  • Experience with trust and probate accountings, including managing incoming bank statements and delivering accountings to trust beneficiaries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and experience in probate matters, including Voluntary Administrations, Informal Probates, and Formal Probates.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with WealthDocx, ElderDocx, GEMS, and Clio.
  • LL.M (Taxation) desirable, but not required.
Compensation

$90,000 - $125,000 yearly
