**Job Summary**

At Big Y, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Encargado de Panadería to join our team. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our freshly baked products to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Exceed customer expectations by preparing high-quality products and providing exceptional customer service.
• Build relationships with customers and stay informed to drive sales.
• Prepare, weigh, finish, slice, price, package, and store products.
• Maintain proper conditions and supplies (e.g., shelves, display cases, sales floor, storage, freezer, refrigerator, etc.).
• Operate, clean, and reassemble equipment/machinery as needed.
• Operate a cash register when necessary.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to learn and use computer applications.
• Must give consent for a drug detection test and background investigation, and pass them.
