Wood plc is seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operation of production equipment, including pumps, valves, and separators.
    • Monitor and record production data, including production rates, storage levels, pressures, and temperatures.
    • Identify potential problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that all operations are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lease Operator Duties
    • Perform lease operator duties at well sites, oil and gas facilities, and injection and producing pipeline systems.
    • Monitor and record well information, including production rates, storage levels, pressures, and temperatures.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of operators to achieve safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in production operations, including experience with compressor operations.
  • Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
    • Ability to lift and carry instruments weighing up to 80 pounds.

Working Conditions

  • Work will require standing, stooping, walking, and climbing tank stairs.
