Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
