Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and present menu items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Conduct taste tests to verify proper preparation and temperature of dishes.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces and storage areas.
• Manage multiple kitchen stations effectively.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Certification in Food Safety is mandatory.
• Experience in pizza preparation, including dough stretching, is essential.
• Familiarity with knife skills and basic cooking techniques is necessary.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
