About the Job

As Medical Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cardiovascular department, including managing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new medical treatments and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must be a Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgery MD/DO with at least 5 years of experience working in a leadership role. Previous experience as a Medical Director or in a similar capacity is highly desirable.

New Mexico residency is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
