Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation: Prepare accurate and complete tag and title documents for submission to the DMV.
  • Trade-In Verification: Verify and process payoffs on vehicle trade-ins, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Input inventory control information for used cars, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Trade-In Vehicle Jackets: Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  • Receivable Management: Process wholesale deals and monitor wholesale receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate records.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Complete end-of-month accounting reports, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

Requirements
