Master Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to exacting standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Develop and implement new drink recipes and menus to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a dynamic environment.
