We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the role of ICC Special Inspectors and Grading Inspectors. This position is based in our Las Vegas, NV office and involves significant responsibilities in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting on-site inspections to ensure adherence to local building regulations and project specifications.
  • Collecting and analyzing samples of construction materials.
  • Executing quality assurance and quality control tests on various construction materials in accordance with ASTM, ACI, and NAQTC standards.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of inspections, observations, and test outcomes.

This role typically involves working independently as the representative of the company in the field, while receiving guidance from a Professional Engineer or Project Manager.

Required Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of standards related to the inspection and construction of reinforced concrete and masonry structures.
  • Ability to interpret and understand structural plans and current building codes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Must possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry weights ranging from 30 to 50+ pounds.
  • Current County approval is advantageous, but not essential.
