Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehab. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and hallways.
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently to ensure a thorough and effective cleaning process.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and push/pull heavy objects as needed.
