Job Summary:

As a Bank Teller at Pike National Bank, you will be responsible for processing deposits, transfers, and withdrawals while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong cash handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Handle and secure large volumes of cash and balance individual cash drawers
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Cash handling experience or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 50 lbs. if required to perform the essential job functions

Working Hours:

This role is subject to working any shift hours Monday-Thursday 7:45 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 7:45 am to 5:30 pm.
