Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to advance your nursing career and make a real impact on patient outcomes. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and leadership to your team, ensuring that patients receive efficient and high-quality care. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care, providing guidance and support to your nursing team. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting is preferred, but not required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Nursing Diploma or ASN required
* ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
* PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of hire (if applicable)
* CPI training within 3 months of hire (if applicable)

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $113,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This amount includes base pay, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
