About the Role

\Entities described this position as overseeing day-to-day work flow efficiency of the Bentonville Community Center Fitness Center. The role involves greeting guests, offering assistance, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety rules, and light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe fitness environment.\
Available Shifts:Monday- Friday 7:00am - Noon
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet patrons and answer questions about the facility.
  • Maintain tidy gymnasium and fitness floor areas.
  • Ensure fitness class sign in sheets and classes are running smoothly.
  • Basketball and lock checkouts.
  • Gymnasium and fitness floor walkthroughs.
  • Maintain fitness equipment.
  • Organize fitness floor closets and equipment.
  • Setup pickle ball, badminton, and volleyball equipment at designated times.
  • Report incidents and accidents on the fitness floor.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, wiping equipment, and folding towels.

    Education and/or Experience:\
    High school diploma or GED; no work experience required.

    Earnings Potential

    \$28,000 per year based on industry standards for Recreation Workers in the City of Bentonville area.
