Position Summary:
ProSmile is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated dental team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a loyal and strong patient base, providing excellent patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including taking and developing dental x-rays, assessing patients' oral health, and reporting findings to dentists.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, such as brushing and flossing, to promote healthy habits and prevent oral health issues.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our dental practices.

Qualifications:
  • Dental Hygiene license (required)
  • Local Anesthesia (preferred, but not required)

Knowledge and Skills/Expected Competencies:
  • Ability to clearly communicate medical information to professional practitioners and/or the general public.
  • Ability to perform the duties and tasks of a Registered Dental Hygienist.

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to operate general office equipment and dental instruments. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move between 10 and 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee may need to travel to healthcare practices. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
