Overview: Soliant is seeking a Virtual Special Educator to work remotely and impact students nationwide. As a telepractice specialist, you will connect with dedicated educators and students in need of specialized education.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements.
  • Provide direct instruction and support via our online platform, ensuring students receive high-quality education.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to track student progress and program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
  • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Minimum 2 years of Special Education experience.
  • Proficiency in virtual instruction technology.
  • Strong communication skills and virtual rapport-building ability.
  • Commitment to diverse student needs.
