Overview: Soliant is seeking a Virtual Special Educator to work remotely and impact students nationwide. As a telepractice specialist, you will connect with dedicated educators and students in need of specialized education.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements.
- Provide direct instruction and support via our online platform, ensuring students receive high-quality education.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to track student progress and program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Masters degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
- Minimum 2 years of Special Education experience.
- Proficiency in virtual instruction technology.
- Strong communication skills and virtual rapport-building ability.
- Commitment to diverse student needs.
