About the Role:
- Work as a Nurse Practitioner in a PRN capacity, creating your own schedule and working up to 20 assessments per month.
- Perform comprehensive health assessments in patients' homes, including diagnostic testing, risk identification, medical management, and tailored lifestyle improvement plans.
- Travel up to 120 miles per workday, with mileage reimbursement provided.
- Work autonomously to see Medicare age patients in their homes, with support from our contact center.
