Job Description

We're seeking an Integrative BCBA who blends traditional behavior analysis with other therapeutic or holistic approaches to address individual needs comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to identify concerns and their functions.
  • Integrate strategies from other therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or occupational therapy, depending on individual needs.
  • Collaborate with professionals from other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all facets of well-being.
  • Consider broader environmental, social, and emotional factors that impact behavior.
  • Emphasize cultural and individual sensitivity in interventions, ensuring they are tailored and respectful.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training that encompasses ABA techniques and strategies from other modalities.
  • Commit to ongoing education in behavior analysis and other therapeutic approaches.
  • Measure outcomes beyond behavioral changes, including emotional well-being, social skills, and other areas of development.

  • BCBA certification or relevant state license.
  • 25 billable hours a week.
