Dishwasher Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in our restaurant kitchen.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work efficiently under pressure. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $25,000 per year based on a 40-hour workweek and benefits package that includes health insurance contribution, paid time off, free meals, holiday pay, and weekly pay.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Manage supplies, restocking as needed, and maintain inventory levels.
• Participate in closing duties, including sanitizing equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and procedures.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
