About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU department. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion. They will also possess effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Current Washington license
  • Experience working in ICU settings
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
