Superfoods Acai Bowl Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superfoods Acai Bowl Specialist to join our team at Palmetto Superfoods, a rapidly growing healthy food startup. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through our unique 'build your own' vegan-friendly, dairy-free, and healthy açaí bowl concept.

Compensation: $16-$23 per hour, depending on experience and location.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily to understand their needs and preferences. You will be expected to memorize the 1-2-3 steps of building a proper superfood bowl and effectively communicate the health benefits of the ingredients to customers in an upbeat and informative manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the front lobby and outside area.

Requirements:

• Must be able to handle basic computer tasks and POS system duties.
• Flexibility to work during our hours of operation (8 AM to 8 PM) or early mornings to opening times (higher pay).
• Ability to follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, occasionally lift medium-weighted boxes, and move quickly.
