Job Title: Entry-Level Lube Tech

At Valvoline Instant Oil Change, we're committed to providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles. As an entry-level Lube Tech, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests' safety on the road.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations
  • Inspect and replace lights, wipers, and batteries
  • Conduct 18-point safety checks
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekend availability
  • Eagerness to learn, friendly attitude, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
