    • Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the repair process
    • Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and tidy during the repair process
  • Cost Management
    • Minimize costs by utilizing warranty and other cost-saving measures


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes
