Requirements:
- For the Assistant General Manager position, a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry or a related field is required.
- For the Shift Manager role, at least 6 months of leadership experience in a restaurant environment is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes for customer inquiries.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as MobileBytes or Heartland Restaurant, is preferred.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Acute financial management skills are required.
- An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts is a plus.
- Three strong supervisory references will be required.
