Requirements:

  • For the Assistant General Manager position, a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry or a related field is required.
  • For the Shift Manager role, at least 6 months of leadership experience in a restaurant environment is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes for customer inquiries.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as MobileBytes or Heartland Restaurant, is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Acute financial management skills are required.
  • An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts is a plus.
  • Three strong supervisory references will be required.
