We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Infection Prevention Specialist at Brockton Hospital. This role will be responsible for monitoring employee compliance in the use of barriers and infection prevention measures, preparing and presenting educational offerings for staff, and implementing programs to protect healthcare workers, visitors, and others in the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops an annual Infectious Disease program plan with measurable objectives.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the ID program.
  • Assesses customer needs and satisfaction, integrates findings into ID and prevention programs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, critical thinking, problem resolution, and program management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in the utilization of the NHSN system and NHSN requirements.
