Cleanroom Maintenance and Engineering Lead
We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Maintenance and Engineering Lead to join our BioPhase Solutions team. As a critical member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of our cleanroom environments. With a strong background in cleanroom design, construction, and maintenance, you will develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also provide technical expertise to junior staff members and contribute to the development of our facilities operations team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies for cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance and engineering issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical expertise to junior staff members on cleanroom design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development of our facilities operations team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Cleanroom Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cleanroom design, construction, and maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols, biohazard facilities management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
