Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Abeka educational framework, facilitating activities and promoting active participation among children.
- Engage actively in classroom activities; oversee the cleanliness, organization, and accessibility of educational materials.
- Maintain regular communication with parents through informal conversations and progress updates.
- Promote self-sufficiency and hygiene practices through positive behavior modeling.
- Assist in ensuring a seamless daily transition from home to the educational setting.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and state regulations.
- Develop and maintain a personal professional growth plan to ensure ongoing quality enhancement.
- Comply with licensing standards as mandated by the relevant educational authorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- High energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
- In-depth understanding of child development principles.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
- Passing of health assessments.
