Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Court Operations Manager to join our team at Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food court, ensuring a profitable, efficient, and clean facility that meets company performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing all aspects of the food court, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all personnel are in proper working uniform and neat in appearance.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store meets company standards and is in proper working order, inside and out.
  • Report all maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management regularly.
  • Assist in providing annual and 90-day evaluations of staff.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in making sure all personnel are trained thoroughly.
  • Be proficient in opening and closing the store, including the completion of all required paperwork.
  • Assist in hiring, disciplinary action, and termination of personnel with the involvement of the Pump Manager and Corporate Human Resources Department.
  • Assist in making sure employees are following the proper procedures for all aspects of food operations and handling/storage of product, which complies with all food handling guidelines to meet or exceed state/federal regulations.
  • Assist in oversight of staffing levels and ensure budget goals are maintained.
  • Ensure equipment is updated and maintained.
  • Assist General Manager in holding and conducting shift and department meetings as required and report to upper management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.
  • Ensure the security of merchandise in the facility.
  • Communicate appropriately with customers and all company personnel.
  • Oversee and perform all managerial duties when manager is away.
  • Provide friendly and competent customer service.
  • Report for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
Requirements
  • Must have one to three years' experience with food court operations, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Management training or equivalent.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
