Overview:
We are seeking a skilled RSA Archer Consultant to join our team at Diverse Lynx. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in RSA Archer development and a comprehensive understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RSA Archer development.
  • Lead project implementations focusing on GRC initiatives, including but not limited to Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, Supplier Risk, and Privacy Risk.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Apply knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, and Audit requirements effectively.
  • Exhibit strong capabilities in workflow design and application development techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with configuring GRC tools akin to RSA Archer.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as HTML, JavaScript, C#, SQL, XML/XSLT, Tableau, and Python.
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements accurately.
