About This Role

**Location:** Riverview, DE

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Implement therapy activities and interventions under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Support students to enhance speech, language, voice, and fluency skills.
  • Assist in developing individualized treatment plans in coordination with the supervising SLP.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with the supervising SLP, teachers, parents, and other team members.
  • Contribute to preparing and organizing therapy materials and resources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Completion of a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program.
  • State certification or licensure as required by regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year
