Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

  • Oversee and manage all facets of logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and resource coordination.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming service requests, promptly dispatching field personnel to meet client needs.
  • Utilize logistics software and systems to track and manage service calls, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Coordinate with field personnel to optimize routes and schedules, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on service status and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to logistics team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in Home Services/Skilled Trades is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of logistics coordination experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with clients.
